Remote support

Install our support tool once and we can connect securely with Atera and Splashtop whenever you need help.

  1. Download the installer with the button below.
  2. It saves to your browser's Downloads folder. Open it from there, or from the download list in your browser.
  3. Run the installer and click Yes if Windows asks for permission.
  4. Call us on 1800 965 100 and we will connect.
