Please be aware of recent scam.
Email sent confirming payment of Norton subscription.
If you then ring to explain that this charge is incorrect.
They ask you to install anydesk or other remote software, under the guise that they will remove the software and subscription.
If you provide access they will either infect the computer with ransomware or they will try to access your bank accounts.
This email is very effective at getting through email security filters as there is no malicious links or attachments in the email.
