We were very lucky that Lloyd and Michael from Altitude Cloud Solutions decided to approach our Real Estate Office here at Mark Lowry Real Estate, Tuncurry.
They have made so many amazing changes to our IT systems to help us operate quicker, more efficiently and with peace of mind knowing that all our information is protected by & easily accessible by our team on the Cloud.
All staff can access the same documents from all computers and if we have any problems or questions Lloyd or Michael can access our system remotely and resolve it quickly. They put all of us at ease from the beginning and spent many hours in our office upgrading our computer systems to make everything work quicker and easier. They have assisted us with other tech items in our business.
They have been very considerate through the whole set up period being able to work around us as much as possible. They clearly explain any changes or problems to us using basic English, not Tech talk which has been really appreciated by all the staff.
